  1. Gosh. I'm thinking just about EVERYTHING is wrong! LOL Wheat really isn't good for you. Soy isn't really good for you. When you dehydrate veggies and fruit, you take out alot of the GOOD stuff. Am I wrong?

  2. Yes Soy Protein, and the soy sauce. AND did you know that yeast extract is a hidden source of MSG?
    No Jeanie, dehydrating isn't bad. The temperature is low so it doesn't kill the vitamins and minerals. Granted, yes, fresh would be better, but dehydrating is an excellent way to preserve fruits and vegetables.
